Walters Retreat is a vacation home on a quiet street in Saratoga Springs, New York. Downtown Broadway is about 2 miles away and the Saratoga Race Course about 3.5. We share the exact address after you book.
Up to 9 guests, in four bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and its own bathroom, two bedrooms have queens, and the fourth has twin beds. Every bedroom has its own smart TV.
About 3.5 miles, roughly a 10 minute drive. The house books early for the summer race meet, so reserve as soon as your dates are set.
Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Saratoga Spa State Park are both about 3 miles away, around 10 minutes by car. Skidmore College is about 2.5 miles and Saratoga Lake about 6.
Yes, the pool is heated, and it opens Memorial Day weekend each season. If you're planning a spring or fall stay, message us and we'll tell you whether the pool will be open for your dates. The private hot tub takes over on the cooler nights.

Yes, as long as everyone celebrating is a registered guest and the group stays at 9 or fewer. Parties and events with outside guests aren't allowed, and quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. The front door has a keypad, so you let yourself in with your own code.
Yes. We keep a travel crib and a high chair in the house, and the game room keeps kids busy on rainy days. Children need an adult with them around the pool.
Walters Retreat is a pet-free home. Service animals are welcome.
There's room for six vehicles: four in the private driveway and two on the street in front of the house. Albany International Airport is about 35 minutes away. New York City and Boston are each about three hours by car.
